Eleuthera, meaning land of the free in Greek, is considered to be the birth place of The Bahamas. It was founded in 1648 by a group of Puritans, referred to as the Eleutheran Adventurers. TCR is located in the capital settlement of Eleuthera; the historic Governor’s Harbour. Governor’s Harbour is the hub of the island, and has a quaint charm that is reminiscent of the ‘olden days’. With its colourful culture, tropical greenery, powder soft pink sand beaches, heritage style homes, and an exquisite social and dining scene, our little town embodies true island life.

There are three airports on Eleuthera: North Eleuthera (ELH), Governor's Harbour (GHB) and Rock Sound (RSD)
American Airlines – Offers daily flights from Miami to North Eleuthera
Silver Airways – Offers daily flights from Ft. Lauderdale to North Eleuthera
Delta - Offers daily flights from Atlanta to North Eleuthera
Aztec Airways - Offers flight 2-4 times per week into Governor’s Harbour and North Eleuthera
Bahamas Air – Our National Flag Carrier offers daily flights from Nassau (NAS) to all 3 airports
Pineapple Air – Offers 3 daily flights from Nassau to all 3 airports
Southern Air – Offers 3 daily flights from Nassau to North Eleuthera and Governor's Harbour and 2 daily flights to Rock Sound
